Ultrasound Series 1 is an introduction to bedside ultrasound. This is designed for providers that want to add bedside ultrasound to their skill set or refresh their current skills. The course is presented by medical professionals and a certified Ultrasound Technologist. The series provides a basic overview, review of how to use the machine, transducers, artifacts, billing, documentation and more.

Ultrasound Series 2 reviews basic abdomen and pelvis imaging. This series focuses on RUQ and LUQ trauma presentations (FAST Exam) and acute illness, reviews women’s health conditions including pregnancy and acute presentations and male pelvis conditions. These modules discuss bedside scanning techniques and basic image interpretation.

Ultrasound Series 3 is a blend of using US in bedside procedures for example soft tissue for assessment of foreign bodies or abscess, Ocular to aid in eye complaints, vascular access, pulmonary, and more.

In depth review on bedside ultrasound procedures to aid in fast assessment and diagnosis of emergency, trauma, and critical patients. Also reviews bedside procedure to aid in procedures. These modules are a perfect introduction and refresher for more experienced providers.

This activity is perfect for Emergency Medicine, Trauma, Critical Care, Urgent Care, women’s health, and Family Medicine providers. The education is designed for both providers new to the use of US in their practice and experienced providers looking for a refresher or new education.

Plus FREE access to Patient Safety Series and Bonus Level 4 CME. These additional CME courses do not have to be completed for your certificate but allows you to earn additional CME/CE.
