PROCEDURES SERIES 1 REVIEW: BEDSIDE PROCEDURES

CME Procedures is committed to providing online continuing medical education courses that are easily accessible on your terms. Our talented and experienced team of licensed medical providers has created continuing medical education courses that will increase your skills as a physician, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner designed to expand your knowledge and grow you professionally.

Online Procedures CME Course for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants

Our Procedures Series 1 CME course focuses on bedside procedures, including Suturing and Wound Care, lumbar punctures, digital blocks, incision drainage, and more. Our Procedures Series is approved for a maximum of 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits for Physicians and Physician Assistants and 10 hours of CE for Nurse Practitioners.

You will have online access to the course contents for one (1) year following purchase, which you can access at any time via our Online Access Portal.

Procedures Series 1 includes 1 year of online access to the following:

  • Lumbar Punctures
  • Joint Arthrocentesis
  • Suturing: Laceration and Wound Care
  • Digital Blocks
  • Incision and Drainage
  • Dental and Facial Nerve Blocks

This CME course is an in-depth review of bedside procedures. Each activity reviews the procedure, indications, contraindications, equipment needed, documentation, and complications. This course is perfect for improving your success, offering better options to take care of your patients, and improving your patient experience.

Plus FREE access to Patient Safety Series. This additional CME does not have to be completed for your certificate but allows you to earn an additional 10 CME/CE.

Procedures Series 1 Course Credits and Accreditations

CME Procedures designates Procedures Series 1: Bedside Procedures for a maximum of 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Procedures Series 1: Bedside Procedures meets the Level 2 AMA Procedures and New Skills category. (CME Credit includes 2 hours of Pharmacology, 1 hour of Trauma, and 8 hours of Procedures CME/CE). This activity is approved for 10 hours of CE for Nurse Practitioners.

CME Procedures is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Provider number 0008122.
