Leading the Charge – Jeffrey Coffman, PA-C
Our very own Jeffrey Coffman, PA-C, Lead APC at MOES, was honored to be elected Chair of the APC Council. The council, which comprises leaders from all regions, represents over 6,000 APCs within TeamHealth, and Jeff is ready to advocate and push for better engagement, collaboration, and best practices development.
The Key Focus Areas of the Conference
The primary thrust of the conference centered around better engagement and onboarding to improve retention. Attendees were highly enthusiastic and engaged, discussing topics ranging from brand transformation and behavioral health to collaboration, executive command, and execution of crucial conversations. Not to mention, the fun team-building activity which saw the group showing off their competitive spirit.
Looking Forward
With Jeff taking the reins as Chairperson, we’re excited for what the future holds. This is a vital period in the medical community, and we’re thrilled to have one of our own leading the way. We also anticipate the implementation of best practices developed from this conference within our own courses and training.
